Associate Leadership Council Meeting
A collaborative leadership meeting focused on guiding the strategic direction of the Market Center. Topics include goal setting, financial review, office policies, agent development, and maintaining a strong, values-driven culture. Within these meetings, Top-producing agents alongside Market Center leaders share ideas, and help shape the future of our office. Meeting is in person and required for ALC voting members. Non-voting members are welcome to join.
