About the Event
This course is designed for agents with little or no Farm & Ranch experience. It will illustrate some of the pitfalls and differences from urban real estate practices. Topics will include: The Farm and Ranch Sales and Unimproved Sales Contracts, Easements, Water Rights, Survey and Title. The course will offer 2hrs of TREC approved CE credit.
