Only KW Northwest Agents may sign up for this specific schedule. Please refer to your home Market Center for lead desk / Phone Duty opportunitities. 

For more information on how Lead Desk operates, please check our website.  Lead Desk is an opportunity for agents to select multiple 3-hour shifts each month to receive lead calls that come in via the office switchboard. 

Initial requirements to participate: 

•Must be an active agent with this Market Center to sign up.

•Active with MLS for 45 days 

•Monthly requirement to stay current with the lead desk includes attendance at one monthly Team meeting each month (1st & 2nd Tuesdays).
