About the Event
In this class you will learn the art of making and receiving offers with intentional dialogue, persuasive communication, and negotiation strategies that help clients get the best possible outcome. You’ll learn how to confidently handle conversations on both the buyer and seller side, anticipate objections, and move deals forward with clarity. Inspections don’t have to sideline a deal when both parties set proper expectations, bring bids, and utilize their option period to ensure a negotiation that works for all. Sellers want to sell in the least amount of time for the most amount of money; Buyers want to buy for the lowest possible price and the highest amount of value add from the negotiations. How you bring these 2 together is a skill in and of itself! You worked too hard not to come to this class!
