Book a Conference Room at the Southwest Market Center

Utilize our easy-to-use booking system, Skedda, to book space in any of our 5 conference rooms or media room.  Reach out to reception@kwaustin.com with any questions.  

Conference Room Guidelines

  • The priority for conference rooms is always client meetings

  • Please be mindful that we have 5 conference rooms and 1 studio to share with hundreds of agents

  • The maximum time limit is 2 hours per conference room or studio.

  • Conference Rooms are not intended or allowed for individual work or calling sessions. 

  • Please do not assume a room is available because it is empty. Check with Reception to see if someone has the room booked first

  • Please replace chairs and furniture that you move around, discard any items on the table, and clean up messes/spills, etc.

  • Be mindful of others

Studio Guidelines

  • Welcome to the KW SW Media Room!

  • Reservations are required and you must be a current KW Austin ONE agent. 

  • The studio features lighting, a camera stand, soundproofing, and a green screen.  Please provide your own camera or recording device.

  • The studio equipment must remain within the media room and cannot leave the premises. Additional fines may be charged if equipment is removed, lost, or missing from the media room after your reservation. All equipment in the studios must be placed in its original location after use of the media room.

  • All setup and breakdown time MUST be included in your reservation window.

  • Please treat this equipment as if it were purchased by you and have the utmost respect for the room including leaving it clean and tidy and keeping to your reservation time.
