This four-hour course is designed to give the real estate licensee an overview of water rights in a 21st century Texas which faces droughts, floods, and fresh water crises. Not only will the course teach the licensee the best ethical and practical practices involving water issues and real estate brokerage, but also it will bring the student up to date on the central issues in this all-important segment of real estate brokerage. The knowledge gained by the students from this course will better educate the agents so they can better serve their clients and the public.
