Requirements:

1. You must be an qualified KW Luxury Agent

2. Property must be within reasonable driving distance of one of the Austin area KW Market Centers

3. Property must be priced at $1M or above

4. Property must be furnished or have the ability to host a seated lunch.  

5. At the time your hosting request is accepted, you must submit at minimum an exterior photo.
